Management of the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) had postponed the ongoing first semester CBT examination by 1 week.
This is coming some hours after the CBT exam slated to hold Today was cancelled, owing to the 2023 Jamb mock and in order to accommodate the Applicants, which Resulted in mob action as students trooped In Large members to the University’s ICT centre.
Consequent to the above,the University management declared the postponement of exam by 1 week in a Press release signed by the University’s Registrar,Mufutau A. Ibrahim.
“To this end,all CBT Examinations have been postponed for one week as an Immediate and Interim measure. For the avoidance of doubt,all pen-on-paper First semester Examination would go on as scheduled”. The press release partly reads.
The University management in the press release , strongly express regret at the turn of events at the CBT centre and has further set up a committee to address all Issues Identified in this Regard-from planning/Scheduling to allegations of extortions made against some security personnel.
