Following the shut down of campus and halt of academic activities indefinitely on 6th of February, 2024. The management of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, is set to resume her academic activities Tomorrow, Tuesday, 7th of May, 2024.
The development, was contained in an adjusted academic calendar from the Institution’s Directorate of academic planning, obtained by our correspondence.
According to the continuation of academic calendar, the 2023/24 academic activities will continue tomorrow, 7th of May, 2024 as online payment of outstanding charges and registration commences.
By this Development, All students are expected to resume back on campus on Sunday, 19th of May, 2024. As the first semester Examination commences on Monday, 27th of May, till Saturday, 15th of June, 2024.
The Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, MOUAU, has been under lock and key since February, 6th, 2024 following students unrest in the University community which resulted in damage of the Institution’s Buildings and other essential facilities.
