Barely a week after the release of the 2023/2024 Post-utme screening exercise Advertisement, The Sokoto state university’s Admission unit has released the 2023/204 Admission cut off marks for each programmes offered in the University.
This development was made known in a document made available by the University’s office of the Registrar, Academic division, signed and approved by the Admission officer, Shehu No-Allah.
In accordance with the Admission screening cut off marks, The required aggregate was segmented into 3 aspects. These are; Merit, Educational less Developed areas (ELDS) and Catchment.
The Merit list encompasses Applicants who merited the course applied for, Educational less Developed areas encapsulates Applicants who are Indigents of states that are Educatioal less Developed and finally, The Catchment list incorporates Applicants who are Indigents of Sokoto State.
Also, It was inferred from the recent released Admission cut off marks that Computer science is the Programme with the highest cut off mark; 190, followed by Biochemistry; 180, Guidance and counseling;170, among others.
The release of the Admission screening cut off marks for each programmes is to ensure Applicants ascertain their respective desired programme cut off mark.
