The Entire University community of Osun state state university are hereby Informed that the 2023/24 second semester lectures will commence on Monday, 15th of April, 2024.
The A.g Registrar of the University, Marcus O. Awobifa, reaffirmed the resumption of academic activities date for second semester in an Internal memorandum, with the reference Number, REG/ADM/2024/066 on Friday.
It reads partly;
“It would be recalled that Senate, at its meeting of Wednesday, 7th February, 2024 approved the amended calendar for 2023/24 academic session.
For the avoidance of doubt and in line with the approved, I write to confirm that the 2023/24 Rain semester will commence on Monday, 15th April, 2024.”
According to him, Lectures for the Rain semester is expected to commence immediately upon resumption.
All stakeholders, including students, are invited to note the resumption date as a matter of duty.
